Standard Terms of Business/Client Agreement
This document tells you the basic details of Downing Financial Management Ltd and sets out our general terms to conduct business with clients. This is signed by both the client and adviser.
Getting to know our clients' circumstances

We need each client to sign one of these so that we can write to their existing providers for information about their plans e.g. if you have a pension we can ask your provider where it is invested, if it is performing
well, your projected retirement benefits etc.

Don't panic! This is a comprehensive document which we can fill in with you,
please feel free to print off and begin to fill in with basic details as it
saves a lot of time at initial meetings if some of it is already completed.
